The GFC1500 ornamental bollards are ideal for areas of heritage such as stately homes and areas of historical worth. These stylish bollards are also ideal for areas that require additional security or pedestrian safety with a touch of classical styling. Featuring welded on cast iron cap and rings around the above ground body of the bollard . The GFC1500 makes a statement among other ornamental bollards with its equally spaced cast iron rings.
As well as being eye catching, these substantial bollards are constructed from strong 3mm thick mild steel, which has been galvanised to ISO 1461 standards. This offers a fantastic level of strength, which is further increased by the extended tang bars which help to anchor these bollards securely into the surrounding concrete. To prevent water from collecting on the bollards, which could potentially lead to rust and corrosion, the GFC1500 range of bollards features a welded on domed cap, which allows the water to run off smoothly.

INSTALLATION
Ensure the substrate is level and clear of any utilities or obstacles, then excavate a hole deep enough to cater for 400mm and ensure the hole width is wider than the bollard diameter and extended tang leg length (if applicable). Once installed, level and plumb, backfill the excavated hole with grade C20 / C25 concrete.
