Galvanised High-Vis Black and Yellow Bollard – Concrete In
Designed for commercial and industrial applications where visibility is key, the Galvanised High-Vis Black and Yellow Bollards are ideal for carparks, industrial sites and warehouses. Their combination of strength and high visibility banding means a higher level of protection for walkways, roller shutters, fire doors, racking and more.
The 150mm tall high-tac adhesive reflective strips are ideal for machinery operatives and pedestrians in identifying ‘no go’ zones. The black and yellow colour scheme ensures maximum visibility, even in low-light conditions. This helps to alert individuals to potential hazards and prevent accidents. Available in above ground heights ranging from 1000mm to 1500mm and diameters starting from 76mm up to 219mm to suit a range of applications and increase visibility for drivers and pedestrians.
Made from high quality steel, galvanised to meet ISO 1461 standards, these concrete in posts are an ideal combination of strength and visibility. Thanks to their extended tang bars, they are securely anchored into the concrete and able to withstand low speed impacts which may occur in warehouses or car parks.

INSTALLATION
To install the hi-vis bollards you need to ensure the substrate is level and clear of any utilities or obstacles, then excavate a hole deep enough to cater for either 400mm (1000mm and 1200mm bollards) or 500mm (1500mm bollards) and ensure the hole width is wider than the hi-vis bollard diameter and extended leg length (if applicable). Once installed, level and plumb, backfill the excavated hole with grade C20 / C25 concrete.
